    I’m local and don’t have any baby stuff, so when my friends came to visit KW, they found Baby Chicks on a website, KeysTV.com I think — they rented a stroller and a playpen – what a great convenience… and they were very happy with the high quality, and sanitary condition of the equipment. Pretty cool, great baby support gear here on our island! I guess we’re baby friendly now!

    Terrible customer service! Traveled to Duck Key for Memorial Day weekend with 5 other families. We arranged to have 6 full size cribs with bumpers delivered to our resort. Owner apparently had car issues, which was unfortunate; however, this meant that the cribs were delivered 7+ hours later than anticipated (aprrox 7:30/8 PM). None of the children were able to nap that first afternoon and they all were completely miserable by the time the cribs actually arrived! One of the babies actually passed out on the tile floor from exhaustion! When we asked about a possible discount due to the inconvenience, the answer was “sorry but no”! Also, she forgot the bumpers, which meant that my son woke up all night bc his pacifiers kept falling through the slats to the floor:( I would not recommend renting from this company!
