    My husband and I are in search of 4 permanent weeks in Feb. / early Mar.(Timeshare) We want one unit in the same place, same weeks, deeded property. Does such an animal exist? If not, considering a sml. cottage type home. We are from Ohio and it would be used a few months in the winter. We will be down to look in person in late Sept. or early Oct. Also the Keys is the location of interest. The lower the better for warmer weather in winter. And the timeshare is what we would prefer. Thank-you.
